When your home appliances malfunction, it's hard to know where to start.

FIRST, when an appliance breaks, check your owner's manual to see if you can correct the problem yourself.  Most owner's manuals have a checklist of common problems. If you cannot find the owner's manual, contact the manufacturer and ask what it recommends.

SECOND, check your paperwork to determine if the appliance is still under warranty.

THIRD, if you need to contacting a repair service company, the manufacturer may refer you to one who often does warranty repairs on their behalf.

In areas where the trip charge is $160.00 or more, we will waive half of that amount ($160 or $200) upon estimate approval. Please be aware that the trip charge is separate from the diagnostic fee. During the diagnosis process, it may be necessary to add or replace parts to properly assess the unit, which will result in an additional charge.
If you are unable to find your appliance brand listed above, this indicates that we do not provide service for that particular brand.
Please Make sure to include: 1- Details regarding your issue with the appliance 2- Preferred day and time for scheduling ( this doesn’t mean we commit to make it happen but will work on it)
